WeBOC Registration (Web-Based One Customs)

WeBOC (Web-Based One Customs) is Pakistan’s Customs online system used for import and export processing. It enables businesses, merchants, and clearing agents to file Goods Declarations (GDs) electronically, shipments tracking, payment of duties and taxes, and complete customs clearance. This registration is mandatory for all importers, exporters and clearing customs agents, operating in Pakistan.

Documents Required for WeBOC Registration (FBR / Pakistan Customs)

For Individuals (Importers/Exporters):

CNIC (front & back)
NTN (National Tax Number)
Active taxpayer status (ATL)
Personal bank account details
Mobile number & email registered with FBR
Proof of business address (utility bill or rental agreement)

For Sole Proprietors:

CNIC
NTN
Business bank account (IBAN certificate)
Business letterhead
Business address proof
Recent electricity bill for the business location
Mobile number & email linked to FBR profile
Registration certificate (if applicable)

For Companies / Firms:

NTN of Company
CNIC copies of Directors / Partners
SECP incorporation certificate
Form 29 / Form A (latest)
Partnership Deed (if applicable)
Company bank account certificate (IBAN)
Board Resolution authorizing WeBOC registration
Proof of business premises (rent agreement / ownership)
Electricity bill of office

PSW Registration (Pakistan Single Window)

Instead of dealing with the FBR, Pakistan Customs, State Bank, and other ministries separately, importers, exporters, and logistics companies may now submit all customs and regulatory paperwork through a single digital platform owing to PSW (Pakistan Single Window), which is an integrated commerce system launched by Govt of Pakistan.

PSW is mandatory for:

Importers
Exporters
Shipping lines
Freight forwarders
Customs clearing agents
Transporters involved in cross-border trade
