CNIC / Passport Copies of Directors

  • Clear scanned copies of all directors, subscribers, and the CEO

Registered Office Address/Location

  • Tenancy agreement or ownership document (if available)

Memorandum & Articles of Association (MoA & AoA)

  • Main and ancillary business objectives

Paid-up Capital & Share Distribution

  • Amount of initial capital (no minimum limit for Pvt Ltd)
  • Shares allocation among directors/subscribers

Email & Mobile Number of Each Director

  • Mandatory for SECP verification
  • OTP confirmation during registration

Digital Signatures (NIFT)

  • Required for electronically signing documents on the SECP portal
